Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengatahui pengaruh opini audit, financial distress, KAP size, management changes, audit delay, dan report lag terhadap auditor switching dengan objek perusahaan sektor property, real estate, building construction di Indonesia. menggunakan metode kuantitatif data sekunder yang diambil dari annual bursa efek Teknik purposive sampling digunakan pengambilan sampel pada penelitian jumlah 50 total 181 sampel.
